2025 New York Statewide Preservation Conference
2025 New York Statewide Preservation Conference
May 6-8, 2025
Hilton Doubletree
Poughkeepsie, NY
Are you seeking new ways to connect with your target audience? We hope you'll join us in May in Poughkeepsie for the New York Statewide Preservation Conference, which will provide you with exposure to an expanded audience throughout New York State. This Conference is the only event of its kind in the state—a multi-day gathering for anyone involved in preservation and community revitalization.
GHHN is excited to partner in this Conference for the first time and this will act as our Annual Conference for 2025. Presented by The Landmark Society of Western New York, in collaboration with GHHN, the Preservation League of New York State, the City of Poughkeepsie, and the NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, this Conference is an opportunity to learn, network, become inspired and, yes, have fun! Each year, the Conference offers more opportunities for networking and connecting with vendors; more outside-the-box session topics; and nationally recognized speakers and experts in the fields of historic preservation, conservation, real estate, economics, and community planning. It is the preservation event in New York State.
The Conference brings together a diverse audience of developers, municipal officials, planners, architects, homeowners, commercial property owners, and history and museum professionals. Approximately 250 registrants from across New York attend this event each year. The Landmark Society of Western New York has a growing membership of over 2,300. Their quarterly print magazine, Landmarks, has a distribution of over 3,000 and the e-newsletter, Landmark Alerts, is distributed to over 7,000 recipients.
