Dr. David Osborn has served as site manager of St. Paul’s Church National Historic Site since 1999. He directs public and educational programs, and oversees operations at the site, a unit of the National Park Service, located in Mt. Vernon, New York. Prior to that, he served for several years as assistant director of the La Guardia and Wagner Archives and Museum, located in Queens. Dr. Osborn, who completed his Ph.D. in American History at the Graduate Center of The City University of New York, has taught History at several colleges in the New York area. He has published numerous articles and chapters exploring topics in early American history. He lives in Nassau County, is married, and he and his wife Cynthia have two children.
