Sally A. Corbett-Turco has served as Executive Director since 2013 for The Stepping Stones Foundation (Stepping Stones – Historic Home of Bill & Lois Wilson—the National Historic Landmark home and archive of the cofounders of Alcoholics Anonymous and Al-Anon Family Groups on the border of Katonah and Bedford Hills in the Town of Bedford, Westchester Country, N.Y. She oversees programming, preservation, and year-round operations of the historic buildings, 8 acres of gardens and grounds, a collection of130,000 artifacts and manuscripts, and a digital archive. Her prior executive and communications roles included work for The Brain & Behavior Research Foundation (BBRF) in N.Y. and Emory University (Arts at Emory, Center for Creativity & Arts, and Schwartz Center for Performing Arts), the High Museum of Art, and ArtWorks! Gwinnett in GA. She has been involved in exciting projects ranging from promoting a film series and an exhibition of international treasures organized for the Cultural Olympiad of the 1996 Olympic Games to the 2025 multi-award-winning documentary Bill W.: Conscious Contact. She has given and hosted virtual and in person history presentations to thousands worldwide on a variety of topics. Among her community activities, she chairs the three-town substance abuse prevention and mental health alliance THRIVE Bedford | Lewisboro | Pound Ridge, is a member and Past President of Rotary Club of Bedford-Armonk, an Affiliate Member of the Women’s Civic Club of Katonah, and member of the Floral Park Historical Society. Sally holds a B.A. in Political Science from the State University of N.Y. at Albany.
