Join the GHHN Board! 

GHHN is looking to recruit at least five new board members to serve a three year term (with a possible renewal for a second term) on the GHHN Board. Term begins January 2026.

​We invite all qualified candidates located throughout New York State to apply or hope that you will refer someone you think would be a qualified candidate. We encourage museum professionals from historically marginalized communities or types of institutions that are typically underrepresented in GHHN membership. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds and experience in: education/public programming; interpretation; preservation/conservation; communications/PR; and community engagement. Applications are due by 11/18.
