Want to join the GHHN Board?
GHHN is looking to recruit at least five new board members to serve a three year term (with a possible renewal for a second term) on the GHHN Board. We invite all qualified candidates located throughout New York State to apply or hope that you will refer someone you think would be a qualified candidate. We encourage museum professionals from historically marginalized communities or types of institutions that are typically underrepresented in GHHN membership. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds and experience in: education/public programming; interpretation; preservation/conservation; communications/PR; and community engagement.
Responsibilities of a GHHN Board Member include: attend quarterly meetings (either in person or virtually), serve on one committee (meeting as needed), and maintain an individual GHHN membership and contribute to the Annual Appeal.
Click here to apply! Please submit your application by August 31, 2023, 11:59 p.m.
If you have any questions, please email director@greaterhudson.org
